Since 1980, The Susan Chambers School of Theatre Dance has provided Gwinnett County and metro Atlanta, Georgia, with an unsurpassed training program in performing arts. Our staff of professional instructors is focused on providing the best atmosphere of discipline, learning and fun. We offer all levels of instruction in Jazz, Tap, Classical Ballet, Hip-Hop, Acting and Voice, and Musical Theatre, along with age-appropriate lessons for three and four year olds in our Creative Movement classes, and Combination classes for five to seven year olds. Our childrens' dance classes are fun-filled, with emphasis on large and small motor skills development. For adults and older teens, we offer classes suitable for all levels: whether you are a life-long dancer desiring to continue your training, or just looking for a great way to exercise and have fun.

If you are interested in pursuing a dance or performing arts career, our instruction can prepare you for everything from classical ballet to Broadway. We are the home studio of the award-winning Susan Chambers Dance Company, a pre-professional dance company for students ages 7 through 18.

Our two locations make dance classes convenient to all areas of north and northeast Atlanta. The Lawrenceville studio is centrally located in Gwinnett County, convenient to Barrow and Hall Counties. The cities of Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Snellville, Loganville, Grayson, Dacula, Buford, Auburn, Winder, Norcross, Duluth, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, and Hamilton Mill have easy access to the studio via Georgia Highway 316, Highway 120, Sugarloaf Parkway and I-85. Our Alpharetta location serves north Fulton County, Forsyth, east Cobb and northern Gwinnett Counties. Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Sugar Hill, Suwannee, Buford, Lake Lanier, Berkeley Lake, Ocee, Duluth, Sandy Springs and Dunwoody residents have easy access from Georgia Highway 400, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Jones Bridge Road, McGinnis Ferry Road, Windward Parkway, McFarland Road or Old Milton Parkway.
