The company also includes "The Little Company", or "Mini Company", which is comprised of younger dancers that are not quite ready for the extensive demands of the Company, but who exhibit interest and talent considered by the Artistic Director to be necessary for pre-company activities.  They are considered separate from the Company but may participate in concerts and can, if they so desire, participate in workshops attended by the Company.
