Just a few easy steps to complete your request!

But first, take a moment to review our registration policies, read the Terms and Conditions, and select your classes from the Alpharetta or Lawrenceville schedule. If after reviewing the schedules you don't see a class that meets your needs, please let us know. Call the studio (Lawrenceville: 770-962-0195, Alpharetta: 770-772-9798) and discuss your needs with the receptionist or Susan Chambers. You may also send a special request for a class not presently in our schedule. Additional class times/days may be added to meet scheduling needs per the request of dancers and their families. Class schedules are frequently adjusted after Open Houses in the beginning of the season to meet these needs.

Classes fill rapidly and your selection may no longer be available, so please have a second choice in mind. Please follow up and confirm your selections by telephoning or visiting the studio during our normal business hours. Display telephone numbers and office hours. Please be aware that class selections are not guaranteed until you have verified your request with the school, and are subject to space availability. Classes must meet minimum enrollments to begin. If your selections are for Advanced placement levels or require other evaluations, approval of the classroom instructor or school director is required. CLASS SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

In order to register, you must submit a $50.00 registration fee, along with a $60.00 per class costume deposit. Before beginning classes, the first tuition payment is required. See tuition rates. If paying in person, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, checks or cash.

2007-08 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT WITH THE SUSAN CHAMBERS SCHOOL OF THEATRE DANCE 

Tuition, Fees, Holidays: All Tuition on any Payment Plan or Summer Course is non-refundable and must be kept current; see payment plan for due dates. Any overpayments will be applied to tuition and will be considered non-refundable. Accounts with a past due balance by the 10th of the month due will be charged a $10.00 late fee monthly until the account is brought current. A return-check charge of $25.00 will apply. This contract is for the time period beginning the day after Labor Day thru June 22,2008 allowing for the Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring and Memorial Day Holidays. No refunds will be made for unattended classes. Recognizing the limited space available, Susan Chambers School of Theatre Dance, Ltd. considers this contract legal and binding for the entire season on Full and Half Payment Plans; tuition is non-refundable regardless of class attendance. Classes and Staff are subject to change due to enrollment. Other classes will be provided for you at different days and times. You are responsible for this contract regardless of the class, day and time offered to you.

10-Pay Plan: This allows the course fee to be divided into 10 payments for your convenience. Payment is due on the 1st of each month September through June (10 payments), with the first month's payment and the last month's payment due at time of registration. THIS IS NOT A PER-MONTH FEE, BUT A YEARLY TUITION FEE, DIVIDED INTO TEN (10) EQUAL PAYMENTS. The Tuition is considered late by the 10th of each month; a $10.00 late fee will be assessed to the account, and will continue to be added to each month until paid or written withdrawal notice is received. 10-Payment Plan payments are non-refundable, but allows for withdrawal from the school with a 30-day written notice; tuition for 10th month (paid at registration) will be forfeited; additional tuition for season will not be required. Tuition obligation will continue until written notice is received by the school. The late fee will be applied to all monies owing, including Costume Deposits, Costume Balances and Tuition. Late fees are applicable to all students enrolled.

Release: No liability is assumed by the school and staff for the purposes of the child or children or siblings for accidents caused by acts of said child or children, student and the person hereinafter signing the contract on behalf of said child or children or said self assumes responsibility thereof. My child is in good health and has my permission and physician's approval to participate in dance, movement and acting activities. I understand that I am to pick up my child by the end of class time and that he/she will not be supervised outside the classroom, therefore the school cannot be held responsible for the student's welfare. I understand that I should be in the reception area 5 or 10 minutes before the end of my child's class so that my child will have my immediate attention and supervision.

Annual Concert Production and Dress Rehearsal: The Dress Rehearsal and Production is the week of June 18-22 2008 at the Gwinnett Civic Center. PLEASE MARK THIS ON YOUR CALENDARS. If you take June vacation, please select June 12-17. The last day of dance class is June 11. Productions start June 18.
